Aligned Architecture designed two compact storefronts - Townshend’s Tea and Red Wagon Creamery - within the renovation and expansion of the University of Oregon’s Erb Memorial Union. Despite tight footprints, approximately 800 square feet, each space delivers a high-impact, brand-aligned environment with efficient, well-planned layouts. Specialty casework, utilities, and systems were seamlessly integrated with the existing building infrastructure, resulting in food-service operations that feel polished, cohesive, and inviting.
