3D Rendering & Visualization
It’s hard to commit to a design you can’t picture. Our 3D rendering and visualization services turn architectural drawings into photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and building information models (BIM) to help clients and stakeholders to understand a project long before construction starts. Seeing a design in three dimensions surfaces questions and preferences that floor plans alone never will: how light will move through a room, how a new building will actually read from the street, how a multifamily site will feel from the sidewalk.
We use 3D modeling throughout the design process, not just at the end, as a working tool for exploring options and testing ideas alongside clients. For projects that involve public review, financing, or complex approvals, high-quality renderings also help tell the story of a project clearly and persuasively. Visualization is where a client’s vision and our design work meet in a shared, concrete image — one more way we keep the process collaborative and the outcome truly aligned.

FAQ
Is 3D visualization required in the design process?
While not every project might require visualization, creating 3D visual assets such as 3D drawings, renderings, flythroughs, videos, and virtual tours provide a significant benefit in the design process to help with key creative and logistical decisions.
Is visualization included in project costs?
Due to the value it brings to our clients and other decision makers in larger projects, we often include it as part of our proposals to improve the overall design process.
Do you create 3D models and visualization for other designers?
Yes. We regularly collaborate on projects where our visualization experience provides a critical tool for the decision-making process.
What materials do you need to create a 3D model or render?
You can send us the materials that already exist — CAD, Revit, SketchUp, PDF plans, elevations, a material list, or in some cases only sketches. We can then create a suggested list of views, a price and delivery date before beginning the modeling and rendering process.
