Eugene Middle Housing Projects

In 2002 Eugene passed it's Middle Housing Rules, which comply with Oregon's HB 2001. As a result, the Eugene Code allows duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, townhouses, and cottage clusters in most residential zones. This is designed to improve livability in our community while addressing the housing shortage. We are working with multiple local, community-minded Owner-Developers to create Middle Housing projects. These provide much-needed housing with outdoor open spaces, and elevate our neighborhoods with beautiful architecture!
