McKenzie River Trust

Aligned Architecture designed the new home for the McKenzie River Trust, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and caring for lands and waters across Western Oregon. Located within the Mahonia Building in Eugene, the tenant-infill project created a welcoming, light-filled space that reflects the organization’s conservation values. Natural materials, thoughtful detailing, and flexible gathering areas foster collaboration. The design balances function with inspiration, giving this vital community nonprofit a home that supports its mission and future growth.
