Nir Pearlson is a licensed architect based in Eugene, Oregon.
Since earning his degree from the School of Architecture & Allied Arts at the University of Oregon in 1995, Nir has combined hands-on construction experience, a deep commitment to sustainability, and an artistic eye for composition and detail to create thoughtful, enduring architecture.
Influenced by years spent living in diverse cultures, Nir approaches each project by uncovering the subtle patterns of each site, and the deeper narrative within the program. He’s known for balancing client goals with site conditions, budgets and constructability – ensuring each design is as practical as it is inspiring. Nir believes in the foundation of every successful project is rooted in strong, lasting partnerships with clients, collaborators, and the community.
